La poudre est introduite dans la partie haute pression de la buse et projet\u00e9e vers le substrat. Au-dessus d&rsquo;une certaine vitesse, qui est caract\u00e9ristique pour chaque couple mat\u00e9riau projet\u00e9\/substrat (figure 1), les particules forment \u00e0 l&rsquo;impact un dense et tr\u00e8s adh\u00e9rent rev\u00eatement. Pour cela, les particules doivent subir une d\u00e9formation plastique.\nLe gaz de propulsion est chauff\u00e9. Lorsque sa temp\u00e9rature augmente, la vitesse du gaz cro\u00eet, ce qui acc\u00e9l\u00e8re les particules. L&rsquo;augmentation relative de la temp\u00e9rature des particules participe \u00e0 leur d\u00e9formation au point d&rsquo;impact. N\u00e9anmoins, la temp\u00e9rature du gaz est tr\u00e8s en dessous de la temp\u00e9rature de fusion du mat\u00e9riau projet\u00e9, ce qui lui \u00e9vite un changement de structure et de
